Introduction

The purpose of this site is to provide managers of corporate networks, as well as consultants and specialists involved in the design, specification and support of such networks, with an introduction to QSIG; the global DSS1Where possible a global terminology from ISO and ITU-T has been applied throughout this handbook and therefore the term DSS1 is used to cover ISDN and EURO- ISDN based signalling system for corporate networks.

The scope is limited to QSIG and its application and use in corporate telecommunication networks and does not consider the design and development of the networks themselves.

This site is dedicated to the specification, development and implementation of QSIG as a multi-vendor signalling system.
